Mr. Wall currently serves on the Beaufort County Community College Foundation Board and is on the Executive Committee of the Miss North Carolina Pageant Organization. He is a past president of the Beaufort County United Way, the Washington Noon Rotary Club and treasurer of Rotary District 7720. He was presented the 2001 Community Service Award by Washington/Beaufort County Chamber of Commerce for his community and civic involvement in several local organizations. The Community Service Award is the highest honor bestowed by the Chamber.

Ms. Boyd is responsible for selling and servicing mortgage loans and for managing the Bank's servicing functions, including taxes and insurance.

Responsibilities:
Mrs. Correll is responsible for managing Bank Operations to include Deposit Operations, Commercial and Consumer Loan Operations, Training, Human Resources and Regulatory Compliance for Bank Operations.  She is also responsible for providing support to the Bank’s branch system.

Mr. Jaber graduated from the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is active in the community, serving as a board member of the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency and the Nash Community College Board of Trustees. He is a Commissioner of the Rocky Mount Housing Authority, a member of the Legislation Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas, and serves on the Advisory Board for Communities in Schools of Nash County. He is also a past president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas and the Charlotte Mortgage Bankers Association.

Mr. Woodson graduated from the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Banking before receiving his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.

Responsibilities:
Mr. Woodson will be responsible for the planning, implementation, directing, and evaluation of the Bank’s retail sales programs.

Mr. Woodson is originally from Williamsburg, VA. He currently resides in Greenville, North Carolina.  He and his wife Karen have one son, Taylor Woodson.

She is responsible for financial and regulatory reporting, financial analysis, cash management, and forecasting reports.
