Job Description |
Under general supervision
of the Regional Banking Executive or City
Executive, this position performs various
secretarial, clerical, consumer/commercial
loan support, and administrative services,
some of which are confidential in nature.
The incumbent may assist the consumer/commercial
banking staff with customer relationship
management. Duties may include: arranging
meetings and conferences, scheduling interviews
and appointments, completing travel arrangements,
and maintaining business calendars. |

Requirements |
Good secretarial skills.
Knowledge of departmental or branch policies
and procedures. Knowledge of bank products
and operations. Good oral and written communication
skills and ability to deal effectively with
all types of clients, business associates,
and manager. Basic computer skills. Must
maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional
demeanor. |
