Four years college degree with emphasis in business or finance.
   
Experience
Three to five years experience as Retail Sales Associate, Customer Service Manager or Branch Manager, with emphasis on personnel management, retail lending, branch operations, and business development.
 
Job Description
Function as retail sales associate and branch sales manager in a full service branch with deposits of less than $25 million and a loan portfolio of less than $4 million. Responsible for administration and management of overall branch operations including: personnel, security, and facility maintenance.
 
Requirements
Completion of the Bank’s CSA school, Retail Sales Associate school, and loan systems training. Outgoing, sales-oriented, reliable, and conscientious individual with excellent communication and management skills.
