Education
High school diploma with equivalent of four years college with emphasis in business or finance.
   
Experience
Three to five years experience as Branch Manager, with emphasis on personnel management, retail lending, branch operations, and business development.
 
Job Description
To act as the liaison between the EVP/Retail Banking and the cities’ Branch Managers by providing administrative coordination and general management for all operational issues within the branch.
 
Requirements
Completion of the Bank’s CSA school, Retail Sales Associate school, and loan systems training. Outgoing, sales-oriented, reliable, and conscientious individual with excellent communication and management skills.
