Q: Can I submit a resume
for several positions in the Company at the same
time?
A: You can submit a resume for as many
positions as you like if you believe that your
experience matches the specified requirements.
A position must be open in order for you to apply.
Please specify which position you are applying
for when submitting resume.
Q: What is the interview
process like?
A: If you are called to come in for an
interview, in most cases you will meet with a
representative from Human Resources. If all goes
well, you will be required to take three aptitude
tests. You may be called back for a second and
third interview with a hiring manager. We will
also pull a credit check, criminal record report,
and call your references.
Q: I saw an ad for your
open position. What is the salary range?
A: Salaries vary depending on the skills
and years of experience required for the position.
Q: Once I have submitted
my resume, who has access to it?
A: All resume information received by
First South Bank is considered confidential and
will be looked at by our human resources personal
and the hiring manager only.
Q: Do you have a dress
code?
A: Yes. Employees should present a professional
appearance at all times, in their conduct and
their attire. Employees should wear no more than
two earrings per ear and have no visible piercing’s.
All visible tattoos must be concealed.
