We offer two types of consumer loans:

A secured personal loan is used to purchase consumer goods using other goods as collateral, such as cars, boats, campers, etc…
An unsecured personal loan uses no collateral, and is usually for debt consolidation.

Terms range from 12 to 60 months or can be a single pay note – 30,60, or 90 days. You will get a coupon book for your loan to provide you with an easy method of payment and record keeping. You can choose your monthly payment date and your outstanding balance can be paid at anytime without penalty.

The Prime Line charges a variable rate of interest, and is available to individuals and businesses who qualify. A Prime Line can be linked to your checking account to be used for short term financing needs.

Reserve Lines – Overdraft Protection

A First South Bank Reserve Line is a personal line of credit that can be attached to your checking account. Upon credit approval, you can write yourself a loan for any amount up to your credit limit.

We make it easy for you to access your Reserve Line. Simply write a check from your personal checking account and available funds will be transferred to your account in increments of $100.
