Professional Affiliations:  Mr. Elder has served on executive management teams of three community financial institutions over the past 20 years.  He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both the State of North Carolina and the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Mr. Elder has formerly served on the Town of Apex Chamber of Commerce Board and served as Finance Chairman for Peak United Methodist Church located in Apex, NC.

Education:  Mr. Woodson received his BS degree in Finance and Marketing from Virginia Tech University in 1984 and graduated from the ABA Stonier School of Banking in 2005.  In 2006, he completed the Executive MBA program at Wake Forest University.

Responsibilities:  Manage business development throughout the branch network by establishing objectives and goals, implementing marketing strategies, and providing management support and coordination for retail business development.

Professional Affiliations: Mr. Woodson is a member of the First United Methodist Church.  He was formerly involved with the United Way and the Boy Scouts of America.

Education:  Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill

Responsibilities:  Manage and direct the Bank’s credit administration department and to ensure the Bank’s credit goals and objectives are met.

Professional Affiliations:  Mr. Nicholson has served on the advisory board of the North Carolina Small Business and Technology Center since 1992.  Simultaneously, he served on the Capital Region Advisory Board until 2009.  Mr. Nicholson is a member of the Risk Management Association and formerly was active in the Chamber of Commerce for the Greater Raleigh Area, Garner, Wake Forest, Durham and Laurinburg.  Mr. Nicholson is also a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Raleigh, NC.

Education:  Bachelor of Arts from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York and a post baccalaureate certificate in accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia

Professional Affiliations:  Mr. McLean is a Certified Public Accountant and has a certification as a Commissioned Bank Examiner of the Federal Reserve System.

Responsibilities:  Mrs. Correll is responsible for managing Bank Operations to include Deposit Operations, Commercial and Consumer Loan Operations, Training and Regulatory Compliance for Bank Operations.  She is also responsible for providing support to the Bank’s branch system.

Professional Affiliations: Mrs. Correll is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Washington, NC.

Education:  Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Business

Professional Affiliations:  Mr. Jaber graduated from the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He is active in the community, serving as a board member of the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency and the Nash Community College Board of Trustees.  He is a Commissioner of the Rocky Mount Housing Authority, a member of the Legislation Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas, and he formerly served on the Advisory Board for Communities in Schools of Nash County.  He is also a past president of the Mortgage Bankers Associations for the Carolinas and the Charlotte Mortgage Bankers Association.
