Two to three years of banking experience.
Job Description
Responsible for providing customers with friendly and professional service at all times. Performs a variety of duties in promoting and selling bank services to new and existing customers. Resolves customer account problems in a timely manner. Conducts receiving and pay out functions and maintains accurate records of all transactions.
Detail-oriented. Outgoing personality. Sales oriented. Work well under stress. Knowledge of departmental or branch policies and procedures, bank products and operations. Good oral and written communication skills and ability to deal effectively with all types of clients, business associates, and managers. Basic computer skills.
