Customer Service Associate

Job Description: A Customer Service Associate is considered a critical link between the Bank and our customers. This position is responsible for providing a variety of sales and service functions, including informing customers about products/services offered. Assist new and existing customers with their immediate, short term and long term financial needs in all aspects of their banking relationship through You First service and problem solving. This position regularly combines all aspects of the transaction functions, customer service and actively involves business line partners and shipmates from the support staff to deliver the You First Experience.

Education: High school diploma or GED. Continuing education classes in banking-related courses helpful.

Experience: Three to six months cash handling and customer service experience is required. Previous banking experience is preferred.

Requirements: Candidate must be outgoing, sales-oriented, reliable and conscientious with excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of branch policies and procedures, bank products and operations is a must. Proficiency with the Bank’s core teller system is required.

Financial Services Associate

Job Description: Build lifelong customer relationships by deepening the understanding of their financial needs and life goals. Assist new and existing customers with their immediate, short term and long term financial needs in all aspects of their banking relationship through You First service and problem solving. This position regularly combines all aspects of the transaction and account opening functions, customer service and relationship maintenance, and actively involves business line partners and shipmates from the support staff to deliver the You First Experience.

Education: High school diploma or GED. Continuing education classes in banking-related courses helpful.

Experience: Two to three years previous teller experience is required.

Requirements: Candidate must be outgoing, sales-oriented, reliable and conscientious with excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of branch policies and procedures, bank products and operations is a must. Proficiency with the Bank’s core teller system is required.

Mortgage Loan Officer

Job Description: Originate and interview prospective customers regarding mortgage loans and provide requested information regarding the Banks and its investors lending policies and practices.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance or commensurate experience.

Experience: One to two years experience as a Loan Officer, three to five years experience in mortgage lending, one year as a management trainee or two to three years experience in outside sales.

Requirements: Excellent sales aptitude, strong financial analysis skills, self motivated, strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency, able to handle stress, team player, desire to be successful.

Credit Analyst

Job Description: This position is responsible for providing support to the Credit Administration department as well as to the commercial and consumer lending personnel. This person will perform credit analyst functions for lenders including spreading personal and business statements, analyzing personal and business cash flow, performing industry reviews and assisting in preparing loan presentations and supporting information.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Administration.

Experience: Three to four years of college level accounting, auditing, underwriting and/or credit analysis.

Requirements: Must possess good oral and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with all types of clients, business associates and management. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Loan Servicing Specialist

Job Description: Assist borrowers with requests for information regarding their mortgage loans. Handle payoff requests promptly and accurately. Post loan payoffs, balance posting drawer, process loan satisfaction documents, maintain accurate records of payoffs, and review daily transaction reports. Assist with secondary marketing as needed.

Education: Associate’s degree in Business or Finance related field.

Experience: Two years of bank experience preferred.

Requirements: Expertise with Microsoft Office Products required. Ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication skills, organization skills and be detail oriented. Team oriented personality required.

Commercial/Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist

Job Description: Primarily responsible for daily review of exception reports, processing collateral release requests, paid loan processing, subordinations and various loan file processing ensuring audit and procedure guidelines are met. Process and research requests related to loan files, collateral releases, etc. in a timely manner. Assist with audits of loan files.

Education: Associates degree in Business or Finance related field.

Experience: Two years loan servicing experience preferred.

Requirements: Expertise with Microsoft Office Products required. Ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication skills, organization skills and be detail oriented. Team oriented personality required.

Commercial Loan Processor

Job Description: The position is responsible for the coordination and document preparation for commercial loans, including new loans, modifications and renewals. This person will also need to be able to converse with the Bank’s Commercial Lenders as well as attorneys regarding any discrepancies with loan closing documents.

Education: Associates Degree in business or financial field is preferred.

Experience: Two years loan processing experience preferred.

Requirements: Must possess good oral and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with all types of clients, business associates and management. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Commercial/Consumer Loan Set-Up

Job Description: TThis position is responsible for set-up of new commercial and consumer loans in the Bank’s systems and to ensure that loans are booked based on the terms and conditions approved by the Bank’s lending authorities. Perform a review of loans booked by other booking specialists. Monitor and process exceptions documented by post audit. Interact with branches regarding any fee discrepancies with closing documents.

Education: Associates Degree in business or financial field is preferred.

Experience: Two years loan set-up experience preferred.

Requirements: Must possess good oral and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with all types of clients, business associates and management. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
