Online Banking- Through Options, you can Activate, Reorder, or Report your Debit Card Lost or Stolen.

Mobile Banking- Through myMobile Manage Cards, you can Activate, Reorder, Suspend/Unsuspend, or Report your Debit Card Lost or Stolen.

ATM- Do a Balance Inquiry to Activate your Debit Card. You can also choose to change your PIN number.

Phone- Call 866.546.8273 to report your Debit Card Lost or Stolen.

Branch- Visit one of our local branches for assistance with all of your Debit Card needs.

FSB Offers Additional Security for Online Purchases through Risk-Based 3D Secure

The Risk Based 3D Secure offers an additional layer of authentication for online VISA debit card purchases. Your VISA debit card is automatically enrolled in the VISA 3D Secure Program. You will not be required to enter a password during your online shopping experience but you could be presented with some challenge questions for certain types of online debit card purchases.
When you make an online debit card purchase from participating merchants your transaction will be assessed by a risk-based authentication method. If your purchase is considered low risk, your transaction will be completed without challenge questions. If your purchase is considered high risk due to a suspicious factor i.e. fraudulent activity on the card, high dollar transaction, etc. you will be asked to answer challenge questions such as the last 4-digits of your social security number, card expiration date or zip code. Once you answer the challenge questions, you will submit your order and if everything is acceptable you will then see a “Thank You” screen letting you know your transaction was accepted.

Overdraft Protection

We have several options available for you when it comes to overdraft protection.

Savings Account. One option is to establish an automatic transfer from a savings account. Transfers are made in increments of $100 and there is a $10 transfer fee.

Reserve Line of Credit – 18% APY. A Reserve Line of Credit provides a flexible credit reserve to you whenever you need it. Transfers are made in increments of $100. This option requires credit approval and there is a $10 transfer fee.

Home Equity Line of Credit. Interest is tied to prime and requires credit approval. Transfers are made in increments of $100 and there is a $10 transfer fee.

myShield. This is a discretionary program where we strive to pay your checks and automatic payments when you do not have enough funds in your account to cover the transaction(s). Our standard overdraft fee per item up to 5 per day is $35. If a transaction creates an overdraft of $10 or less, we will not charge an overdraft fee.

To extend this feature to your debit card purchases and ATM transactions, we need your permission. If we cover an item for you that is over $10, you will be charged a $20 fee for each transaction that overdraws your available account balance.
