CSA (Customer Service Associate) Certification Program

First South Bank has created the CSA Certification Program to provide recognition and a path for career development for Customer Service Associates.

How Does the Program Work?

The Customer Service Associate Certicification Program is a three-phase program that includes seminars, AIB courses, and performance evaluations. Areas of performance that are evaluated include:

  • Balancing Efficiency
  • Cash Losses
  • Cash Item Losses
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Referrals

Rewards are paid once a phase is completed.

Phase 1

  • Attend three CSA Seminars: Sales and Referrals, Basic Operations, and Customer Service Skills.
  • Successfully complete the test for Phase 1.
  • Successfully complete the AIB course Principes of Banking.
  • Successfully complete the Product Knowledge Test.

Phase 2

  • Attend three CSA Seminars: Security, Fraud, and Loss Prevention, Advanced Operations, and Customer Service Skills.
  • Successfully complete the test for Phase 2.
  • Successfully complete the AIB course Revitalizing Customer Service.

Phase 3

  • Attend three CSA Seminars: Advanced Fraud Training, Advanced Sales and Referrals, and Customer Service Skills.
  • Successfully complete the test for Phase 3.
  • Successfully complete the AIB course Business Etiquette.
