(Customer Service Associate) Certification Program
First South Bank has created the CSA
Certification Program to provide recognition and a path
for career development for Customer Service Associates.
How Does the Program Work?
The Customer Service Associate Certicification
Program is a three-phase program that includes seminars,
AIB courses, and performance evaluations. Areas of performance
that are evaluated include:
- Balancing Efficiency
- Cash Losses
- Cash Item Losses
- Customer Service Skills
- Referrals

Rewards are paid once a phase is completed.
Phase 1
- Attend three CSA Seminars: Sales and Referrals,
Basic Operations, and Customer Service Skills.
- Successfully complete the test for Phase 1.
- Successfully complete the AIB course Principes
of Banking.
- Successfully complete the Product Knowledge
Test.

Phase 2
- Attend three CSA Seminars: Security, Fraud,
and Loss Prevention, Advanced Operations, and
Customer Service Skills.
- Successfully complete the test for Phase 2.
- Successfully complete the AIB course Revitalizing
Customer Service.

Phase 3
- Attend three CSA Seminars: Advanced Fraud
Training, Advanced Sales and Referrals, and
Customer Service Skills.
- Successfully complete the test for Phase 3.
- Successfully complete the AIB course Business
Etiquette.
